METHODOLOGY
To search for the best available
candidates for our clients, we will work closely with our clients to
understand their business challenges, corporate objectives and
organization culture. We'll listen and observe the kind of personalities
who will succeed in the client's organization. We'll check with our
clients for 'must-have' attributes and 'nice-to-have'
attributes.
Next, we'll search appropriate candidates from clients'
competitors as well as companies in other industries with similar job
functions. We'll map the candidates against the job requirements focusing
on the candidates' qualification, experience, personal attributes and
career aspirations.
After identifying suitable candidates, our
consultants will interview them to assess them and will present a
short-listed few to clients for review.
We'll closely monitor the
response from clients and candidates in order to refine our
matching.
When a suitable candidate is identified by the
client, we'll assist in package negotiation and offer. We also provide
added-value service such as reference check, salary verification, and also
work visa application.
Our consultants will follow up closely with
the candidate throughout the stage of resignation, on-board date,
orientation period and probation period to make a truly successful
recruitment.
