Anna Tang

Anna Tang started her career in executive search and business outsourcing services since 1998 after spending about 20 years at various I.T. vendor companies, including Sun Microsystems, Software AG, Digital Equipment, and Wang Pacific.

She has valuable experience in staff selection and people management at HK and PRC. She is knowledgeable & experienced in engaging the right executives for multinational companies by carefully matching the soft skills, culture and career aspirations. She has got good understanding of current trend in IT development and corporate business opera-tions at large.

Anna has got a Bachelor in Science, a Master in Business Administration, a postgraduate Diploma in Computer Studies, a Certificate in HK Employment Law Program, and a Certificate in China HR Management.

C. K. Hui

C.K. starts his career in executive search and business outsourcing services since 2005 after spending about 27 years at various technical, professional and managerial positions with IBM in Hong Kong and Greater China Region.  He is experienced in interviewing candidates and understanding their career aspirations.

He was posted to IBM Beijing office for 5 years from 1989 to 1992.  In 2003, he led a project team with members from six countries in Asia Pacific including Japan & Australia to manage a very successful transition of the network services of a leading U.S. financial institution which signed the biggest outsourcing contract to date with IBM.  He is knowledgeable of current practices and recent development in IT and business, and has led several successful re-engineering exercises at IBM.

C.K. has a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) with University of HK, a Master of Business Administration with the Chinese University of HK. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and has attained a PMP (Project Management Professional) status.
